The technology in this popular hat works after the HYPERKEWL™ fabric is saturated with water. As the fabric gradually releases water through evaporation into the atmosphere, the hat becomes cooler, up to 30% cooler, which keeps the wearer much more comfortable. To activate the technology, simply soak the hat in water for 1-2 minutes and enjoy up to 10 hours of cooling relief.
